Recruitment of new stalkers and a Radio station workshops are now available. There are five levels of available recruits (Clan/Recruitment in the menu):
Common
Uncommon
Special
Rare
Legendary

Every higher level has a bonus to XP gained from battle and training and also the initial Level and Rank will be higher.

You can build the Radio station workshop to attract new recruits to your clan, they will appear with the rest of the shared recruits and even other Clans can buy them, but you will get a huge discount for your own attracted recruits. Some recruits will always come to the shared \\"pool\\" even when no Clan in the neighborhood is making a broadcast.
