We've improved the base raid matchmaking, so it will do much better job matching clans closer to each other in the ladder.

We've also improved how the base raid defense is handled by the AI, in case the defender makes little or no defensive setup, or just a bad job. The defending soldiers will be able to make an automatic squad and take up arms to defend the base. So expect a little harder resistance when raiding enemy bases.
